    摘要:

    针对已有人工监测卫星站工作状态费时、费力和监测频率低等问题,提出卫星通信地球固定站监测预警系统设计,可以实时监测卫星站工作状态,一旦发现异常会立即发出报警,从而更高效、智能地保证卫星站稳定运行。系统可实现值班日志自动生成,这不仅给值班人员带来方便,也有效解决人工监测不准确、不及时、成本高等问题,对于提升地震应急救援综合能力具有积极作用。

    Abstract:

    Manual monitoring satellite stations require much time and efforts for operation, and they are associated with low frequencies; therefore, an intelligent monitoring and early warning system of fixed satellite communication earth stations is proposed in this paper. The system can monitor the working status of satellite stations in real time, and the duty log can be automatically generated. This is not only convenient to the duty staff, but also effectively solves the problems of inaccurate, untimely, and costly manual monitoring. This study can lead to an improvement of earthquake emergency rescue.
